末期の癌、特に播種性の腹水癌は、超末期とも言われ、殆ど治ることはなかった。　しかしながら、United GEP (United Gene Expression Programming) の技術を駆使して、丁寧にプログラムを変更して対処してゆくと、完治に持って行ける可能性が示唆されました。
基本は、
囲い込み療法、
基本免疫療法、
血栓塞栓療法、
超短期間の温熱療法、
常用量の約三分の一の抗癌剤による静癌療法です。　骨子は静癌剤で癌を静かに分裂を止めておき、囲い込み・基本免疫・血栓塞栓療法で治して行く事になります｡

腫瘍マーカー値の変動PG

温熱療法にて、全ての腫瘍マーカーが上昇しました。　プログラムの変更を行い全ての腫瘍マーカーが下降傾向を示しました。　アメジスト法で1ヶ月間行いました。

炎の如くまい舞い上がっていた FDG の光は、沈静化しています。　右脇の下の光は、リンパ節でも無く、消滅した癌が開けた孔から血液が漏れたのでは無いかと考えています。　MRI にても癌を見つける事は出来ませんでした。

放射線科専門医の検査報告書の内容 当院ではダブルチェックを行っております。
【所見】
ご紹介ありがとうございます。PET－CT施行して以下のように診断しました。
1）前回（2012．7．30）subphrenic space～Douglasダグラス窩に貯留していたascitesはほぼ完全に消失しています。
腹腔内に散見されたFDGの異常集積を伴うmass lesionも同定できません。
PET上での治療効果はCR（complete response）と判断します。
2）liver，lungfield，boneをはじめその他の部位にFDGの異常集積は指摘できません。
右肩に淡い集積が見られますが関節周囲炎に伴う変化を疑います。
Metastatic lesionを示唆する所見はないと考えます。
3）CTにて両側胸膜腔に見られたascitesも消失しています。
1t maxillary sinusにpolypid lesionが見られます。軽度の炎症性変化と思われます。
またliverには嚢胞が散見されます。
撮像範囲内のその他の部位に粗大病変は指摘できません。
以上報告します。今後もよろしくお願い致します。
【診断】
no significant abnormal uptake on PET－CT

浮上した問題点
1. 播種性腹水癌が、腹膜に出来ていて、癌細胞が消滅した跡の穴、約7ヶ所から、腹壁ﾍﾙﾆｱが起こり、徒手整復におおわらわの毎日です。
2. 現在、約18種類以上のコラーゲンの遺伝子を発現しながら、穴の修復を行って居るところです。
3. 徒手整復後、タオルや腹帯で上手く押さえて、全てのヘルニアの穴の修復が出来ました。　CTで見ると、腹部にコラーゲン組織の多い膜様の領域を認めました。

追記: コラーゲン遺伝子群を発現しながら、腹壁ヘルニアを徒手整復を約三ヶ月かかって修復出来た(全ての孔を閉じれた)｡　その間に、悪性の癌より少し良性化した嚢胞癌が出現したので、保険診療病院で手術で取り除いてもらい、現在基本免疫療法とフコイダンによる血栓塞栓療法とNK-細胞の活性化を行っています｡
H27.11.29　 CA125: 8.8(0.25倍)。と0.4倍未満なので完治の状態で顔色も良い。　免疫を賦活させていますので、成功すれば本物の完治となります。
