本人が、自分は約10年前に高血圧症と言われて放置していた患者さんが、来院されました。　さくらクリニック博多の前に設置してある血圧計で、測定して、

の結果を得てました。　230mmHg を超えると極めて危険なので、即、下記の点滴を行いました。

ラクテック500ml＋
▢20%ブドウ糖20ml＋
▢ジアイナミックス20ml＋
▢タチオン200mg＋
▢パンテニール0.1A(1mg)+
▢プリンペラン0.5A(5mg)+
▢Asucorbicacid 100mg +
▢ラシックス(20mg)x2A=40mg
を行いました。
約90分後DIVは終了したので、ABIと血液サラサラドロドロののMCFANを行ったのが下記の図です。
